Church Street Bridal is a bridal salon that offers a full spectrum of inventory.  You are greeted by happy, knowledgeable consultants who are here to make your dreams come true.

We offer racks and racks of designer gowns that are showcased in our clean, historic building.  Come inside and try on hand stitched runway dresses from names such as Pnina Tornai, Demetrios, Monique Lhuillier, and countless more.  Most are priced at 10% of the original retail cost.

Go ahead... twirl!

We also have a formal wear salon that sells prom gowns, mother's gowns, and bridesmaids gowns.  That shop is called Church Street Bridal, Too.

Whether you want to score a bargain or you are just curious, stop by during our listed business hours--there is no need to make an appointment. You can feel confident in your purchase knowing that the money spent will be used to help women and children in the Central Virginia area.

The YWCA of Central Virginia established Church Street Bridal Shop in 2004. It is our goal to find a way to raise funds for the SARP, DVPP, and low income housing programs, while combining these ideas together, Church Street Bridal was formed, offering designer wedding gowns at least 10% of the original cost.

* Sometimes we receive dresses with a retail value between $10,000-$30,000. These are priced higher in order to discourage speculating.

Church Street Bridal’s walls are filled with gorgeous beaded, lace, and simple gowns- you are sure to find your dream dress among the hundreds of gowns that we have in stock. These gowns are floor samples from other bridal salons across the country. They have never been worn by another bride; however, they possibly have been handled or worn on a runway. Our price range is $200-$600, and you will never pay more than that!

Looking for a formal gown, Church Street Bridal, Too (now located on 2nd floor) houses bridesmaid, prom, mother-of-the bride and cocktail gowns.

Who we serve

Victims of Domestic Violence
Proceeds go to domestic violence prevention and intervention services.  This includes sheltering victims, connecting them with legal council, and training to get them back on their feet. All of these programs are operated by the Ywca of Central Virginia.

Lynchburg, VA
...and many areas surrounding.  Our hands reach out to city residents and rural residents alike. They reach as far as Danville and as close as a neighbor.  Every CSB purchase that you make funds the efforts of the Ywca of Central Virgina.

Every age
From women to children, even men, unfortunately violence knows no bounds. The Lynchburg Ywca is also home of the SARP program, or sexual assault response program.  Trained volunteers respond in times of crisis and meet victims in E.R.s or police stations.  -Where ever they are needed.
